Everyone has a story to tell.
And we have a story to tell, the greatest story of all — of God reaching into our world to bring salvation to those who would receive him.
From Sunday 25th September through to Sunday 30th October, we’ll be joining in with the Ireland-wide What’s The Story? Campaign. What’s The Story? aims to connect the stories of the Irish people (our big questions, desires, fears and hopes) with God’s great story (his love, justice, truth and wholeness).
As their website says,
What’s the story? has listened to the stories of hundreds of people from across Ireland. Between 22nd September and 30th October 2022 we will climax our media campaign to connect seekers to churches, who will help them to see how their lives fit in God’s big story.
Each Sunday we’ll follow along with the 6 questions in our preaching series, with live Q&A afterwards (anonymously via your phone, or through open question and answer).
This will be a great 6 weeks to invite friends and family to. Here are the 6 topics
- 25th Sept – Is there anybody there?
- 2nd Oct – Guilt & shame: Will I ever be good enough?
- 9th Oct – Does my life really have purpose?
- 16th Oct – Finding hope in the face of death?
- 23rd Oct – Can we make sense of our suffering?
- 30th Oct – Christianity: The problem or solution?
