Church Leaders
Christ City Church is led by Steve Vaughan, Maffy Baskin and Andrew Ngaditono who serve as elders within a leadership team consisting of Ola Ngaditono and Leanne Vaughan. Please read on to find out more about them and how the church began.
Steve Vaughan is passionate about living life to the full under Jesus. He enjoys reflecting on the integration of what God says in the bible with everyday life; business, sport, politics, culture etc. He wishes he had grown up in Ireland as he is a wannabee Hurler. He talks too much about sea swimming. He loves good coffee, grapefruit, beer and his family (not in that order!). He is energised when talking to sceptics about the reasonableness and attractiveness of the Christian faith.
Andrew and Ola Ngaditono moved to Dublin in 2014 when God opened the door for Andrew to begin his medical training in the city. Andrew was born in Taiwan and has lived in Jakarta, Los Angeles, and Poland. It was in Poznan, Poland where Andrew and Ola first met and got married in 2014, prior to moving to Dublin. Andrew is currently working as an emergency medicine doctor. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies, trying out new food, or catching up with friends in a pub. He is also serving as one of the sung worship leaders at Christ City Church. Ola is a Pastoral Care and Operations Lead for Christ City Church. She is an avid home baker and enjoys hosting dinner for others. Andrew and Ola are both passionate about Jesus and discipleship and desire to help others grow in their own spiritual journey.
Maffy Baskin is our full-time Assistant Pastor. He is passionate about discipleship – helping develop Christ in others. He’s a long-suffering Manchester United supporter, but finds lots of pleasure in coffee, reading, socialising and working under a car. Married to Emma, a lover of Jesus and a primary school teacher, together they moved to Dublin from the north-west of Ireland in September 2018 and are navigating parenthood as they raise three beautiful daughters in the city.
Leanne Vaughan moved to Dublin with Steve and their children in 2012. Leanne loves to laugh with friends and family and enjoys contemporary dance or curling up with a good book and a cuppa in her spare time. She owns a spatial design business and serves the church in hospitality, leading sung worship and pastoral care.
Neil Douglas is our part-time Pastor of our Central congregation. You’ll know he’s Irish by how many cups of tea he drinks everyday! Born and raised in Dublin, he loves to get to know people; hear their story and their questions. He is excited talking about Jesus, knowing him through reading the Bible and discovering how the life & love we’re all looking for can be found in God. He spent many years in Youth Ministry working with teenagers, but his three nephews think the coolest job he ever had was working for LEGO. He enjoys riding his motorcycle, sea swimming, playing hockey, and is always up for your recommendation of a good TV show.
Additional to the leadership team there is a wider gathering of leaders that meets three times a year, including the City Group leaders and Sunday Team leaders.
Staff Team

Vanessa Kelada is our full-time Communications Officer and Central Operations Lead. She serves on the board of Christ in Sport and is passionate about that mission field. Vanessa is currently studying Biblical Counselling, driven by her desire to walk alongside others in their faith journey and to be further equipped to love and support people through Scripture. She has grown up in Dublin, studied Architecture at university, and enjoys playing sport.

Ola Ngaditono is our part-time Pastoral Care & North Operations Lead. She’s passionate about discipleship and supporting Life Groups. She loves to bake, cook and host gatherings. Spending time in nature brings her great joy – whether it’s gardening, going for walks, or simply being by the sea. She grew up in Poland and is married to Andrew – they moved to Dublin in 2014 and are enjoying living here with their one kid (and another kids soo enough) and a dog.

Emma Law is our part-time South Operations Lead. She’s from Carrickfergus in Northern Ireland and has been living in Dublin since 2021. Emma works four days a week in an investment company alongside the working at the church. She loves orange cordial, Parkrun and the thumbs up! She’s excited to help with the work CCC are doing to make a positive difference in the city of Dublin in the name of Christ.
Caroline Anderson is our part-time HR & Finance Administrator. She grew up in the UK and moved to Dublin in 2012. Caroline is married to Justin and spends most of her time looking after their three kids – which seems to mostly involve making endless snacks! She travels around by bike, likes going for a run by the sea, and loves eating ice cream. Caroline has been part of CCC for many years and enjoys supporting the rest of the staff and the church in this role.
CCC Deacons
Christ City Church also has deacons across all congregations who are Leanne Vaughan, Maria Krump Garib, Emma Law, George Tice, Will Langrell, Caroline Anderson, Justin Anderson and Ola Ngaditono.
South Congregation Team

Advisory Team
We have an advisory team made up of David Montgomery, Joan Singleton, Noel Kenny and Sharon Mac Wilmshurst – who are leaders not part of Christ City Church but are our friends and supporters. Trustees
We have a trustee team that oversees all legal and financial governance in the church and supports the leadership team. The team consists of (l-r) George Tice, Justin Anderson, Drew Poppleton and Margaret Samahita.
