You can sign up by filling in our online form. All the details you need to know are below:
WHEN: 30th October – 1st November 2026. Please arrive on Friday evening for a meal at 7pm and we’ll leave after Sunday lunch (around 2-3pm). If you can’t come for the whole weekend but would like to join us for a day or one night, please speak to Vanessa.
WHERE: Castledaly Manor, Athlone, Co. Westmeath. Check out their website for all the accommodation details and their facilities. The manor is 1.5 to 2 hours west of Dublin.

WHO: Everyone is welcome if you call yourself part of Christ City Church Central or are looking to connect in. We can help with lifts and financial support if you need.
WHAT: There will be a mix of teaching from the Bible, group discussion, sung worship, time for prayer, time to hang out, play games, eat and generally enjoy unhurried time with God and one another.
WHY: The weekend away is a great opportunity to grow as a community. It gives lots of space to make new friends, get to know one another better and have lots of fun. For more reasons, read Tim’s blog!

ACCOMMODATION AND COST:
There are different types of rooms in the manor and the price you pay depends on the type of room you’d like (it may come down to how many people you’re prepared to share with!). This year we are offering an Early Bird option is now closed – if you sign up and pay by – you’ll save money. So make sure you sign up early! After that all prices go up by 5 euro. Bookings close on tbc October.
- Double room for married couples – Adult: €100pp
- Shared room (5-7 people) – Adult: €85pp
- Dorm room – Adult: €65pp, Student/Unemployed €55pp
- Camping – €40pp
This amount covers your accommodation, food and activities for the weekend. It doesn’t include transport or any extra money you may want to spend (for example in the pub). The cost of coming for a day or one night will be around 30-55 euro depending on your circumstances.
You’ll have the option of paying via Bank transfer, Revolut transfer or in cash. Payments can also be done in instalments (talk to Vanessa for details). You’ll see all the details after you’ve booked and we’ll also send you an email with those details.
Please note: if money is an issue for you please don’t let that stop you coming – we would much rather have you than your money, and we have a bursary to help people out. Just sign yourself up and then talk to Vanessa Kelada or Neil Douglas.
TRANSPORT: When you sign up you’ll be asked about whether you intend to drive yourself, if you can offer a lift to someone else, or if you need a lift. We’ll be trying to fit everyone into cars, and may ask some people about hiring cars if necessary. If you’re getting a lift it would be great if you can contribute to petrol costs, but if money is a problem please don’t worry as we can help you out.
FACILITIES: The venue has space for us to meet, eat, sleep and socialise, as well as not being too far from Dublin, so it’s ideally suited for us. There’s a sports hall and two lounges with large open fireplaces for a cosy atmosphere. There’s lots of space for outdoor activities too!
FAMILIES: Please contact Vanessa if you’re looking to attend the weekend with children.
WHAT TO BRING: Please bring your own towels and toiletries. Also bring a pen and a Bible if you have one. We’ll give you a booklet when you arrive with space to make notes.
QUESTIONS? We’ll be sending out more information to everyone who signs up, but if there’s anything else you need to know beforehand please contact Vanessa.
